The AsTRES conference aims to bring together different disciplinary approaches to tourism. The purpose of this edition is to gain a better understanding of the interactions between tourists and residents through cases of cooperation, cohabitation, or conflict between tourists, residents, and local tourism stakeholders. In this way, the conference will help identify potential directions for public policy and best practices to make destinations more sustainable and resilient.
